Every professional who matches the role, the day, the travel radius and the rate. The first eligible one to tap takes it — no shortlist to review, no phone tag.

They turn up and you approve the hours
They clock in at your practice and out when they are done. You approve the timesheet, and the money moves after that — never before.
What it costs
One fee, and you see it before you post
A flat fee per shift for assistants and front desk, a percentage for hygienists. It is on the screen next to the total, not discovered on an invoice.

We bill by bank transfer, so there is no processing surcharge to pass on to you. Your receipt says so every month.
No subscription, no minimum
Post one shift a quarter or thirty a month. There is nothing to cancel and nothing that renews.
No placement fees, ever
Hire somebody you love and that is yours. Temp-to-perm costs nothing here, permanently.

You set the rate. This is the range practices in this market typically post, so the number is not a guess.

The show-up guarantee
Cancel on a professional inside 24 hours and they are paid two hours at their rate. We take nothing from that — it goes to the person who turned down other work for your day.
The two-hour minimum
Anybody who turns up is paid for at least two hours, even if the day is called off when they arrive. Hours are rounded to the nearest quarter hour.
You are charged after the work, not before
Nothing is collected when you post. The charge follows the hours you approve, and a shift nobody claims costs you nothing at all.
Questions
- Are these professionals contractors or employees?
- Copy pending review — this is with our attorney for Nevada specifically, and we would rather say so than give you an answer we might have to correct.
- How do you check credentials?
- Every professional uploads their documents and a human reviews them. Nevada issues no dental assistant registration, so for assistants the required set is photo ID, current CPR/BLS and radiography training documentation — and nobody without them can claim your shift at all.
- What if nobody claims it?
- You are not charged, and we will tell you what is holding it up — usually the rate against the going band, or a shift posted too close to the day.
- Can I ask for the same person again?
- Yes. Mark them a favourite and they get a head start on your next shift before it goes to the wider bench.
